Sports camp Practice

I have had a spotrs camp practice today and we practiced our dance and i have to get thrown up (scary aye) At first i thought that they would drop me and guess what ( they Did the first time)
They now know what they are doing and they have a brief outline how everything is going to be.

Anyway it is still quite scary!
Gabby Got dropped so many times so i was sared that they where going to drop me. It was fun being dropped( we had mats under us) hehe haha hoho

Hey Again
today my paino teacher got really mad at me for using the wrong fingering and i could not get it wright. I struggle to have time in my week to have half an hour to practice.

Do you have any advice on what to do?

Guess what
For all of you christians
5 or so children went to heaven and came back down and told my friend all about it!
My brothers friend luke went up to heaven and he swam in a lake and then he came out fully dry.
Ryan my friend went to the confrence and then the children where falling odwn on the ground and shaking and they came back down all excited and redy to tell everyone what heaven was like and then doofh on the ground again shaking up to heaven.

Hey Everyone
I have done my x country just a little while back and i thought that i did very well! thought that you should know
I came 7Th out of like 100 girls and i had an asthma attack!

i had been training and i was doing 3 km every 2Nd night and i would just do a short run the other nights as i had to complete a training sheet and had to do training each day for 7 weeks right up to the x country.

Tips for runners
when you start a race you need to keep in the top 6 or 7.

Keep up with the top runners

when they get tired slipstream them and get in front

save your energy until the last 500 mt rs or the last lap and then give it your best ( sprint it)

if you have any tips for me to get fit ( i need to get fit for sports camp and aims in a couple of weeks)
